Availability / Placing an Order: Lerival's collection is available at our showroom, located at 551 W. 21st St, Suite 400B, open weekdays from 10am to 5pm and by appointment (please note: our showroom is open by appointment only during the month of August). For our clients outside of the New York City area and unable to view our collection in person, we’re happy to take you through the sales process over the phone or via email. Sales and Returns: Purchases can be made using a major credit card or money order. As many of our pieces are produced on a made-to-order basis, we cannot accept returns. If a piece arrives damaged, we will happily correct the issue or replace it at no charge to you. In such a case, please hold on to all original packaging, as you will be responsible for seeing that it is returned the same way it arrived.
Shipping and Delivery: Lerival can arrange for shipping to anywhere in the world. We strive to find the most accommodating and cost-effective solutions addressing both the item and the individual's needs. We offer options ranging from pick-up to 'white glove' delivery and installation.
Trade: Lerival offers standard trade discounts for store buyers, architects, interior designers, corporate gift buyers and exporters.
